If the seller will pay us $5841 (total for the two units, disassembling and FOB), than we can deliver the two faulty units to Gdansk. Ask any electrician in China, he will tell you. It is not true, that you cannot force supplier to refund. You have an agreement with them. That is the whole purpose of Trade Assurance Program. Either they can pay, or you. If you like to send someone to inspect, it is certainly possible. But I will not pay any amount for such inspection. If you fail to solve this case and refund within 2 weeks I will be forced to make this public. - None of the video or photo provided by the seller show the COP testing procedure. Video shows external unit leakage test. Internal unit was not tested, as there are leaks detected by us. It is irrelevant, anyway. We received 4 machines. One performs perfectly. Other one slightly worse. Other two have very low COP parameter. All tested by the same equipment. Seller should show testing procedure for OUR machines before shipment. It is not true, that the machines do not differ much. It is not industrial process. It is all hand assembled by humans. Therefore it should be tested before shipment. We have many devices that come with Quality Check report included.

It also shows, that temperature measurements from our equipment is consistent with measurements from internal sensors of the machine. Supplier did not question testing methodology so far, only testing period. Attached is a test report form 2 hour and 3 hour testing. There are several ways to setup testing of COP. It all comes to measuring temperature difference, water flow and power draw from the grid. Equation for power supplied is multiplication of specific heat of water per water mass per temperature difference. Power drawn from the grid must be measured by power meter. Our testing equipment is described in test report. COP is a ratio between power supplied and power drawn. So far there were several attempts to solve the low COP problem from supplier. But nothing works.

We agreed with the supplier, that the delivered machines will have minimal parameters as in included catalogue. But they dont. Only one tested OK. Supplier pretends not to understand, that our units perform differently that those units tested in his laboratory. These are not the same units. Our have worse parameters and were never tested before (in factory). Water leaks are proof of that. On supplier suggestion we tested units again, with longer testing period, above 1 hour. Attached you will find our testing summary. Results are slightly better. Still, two units are unusable. Supplier stopped responding. There is no technical solution form supplier, or support of any kind. Our demand is full compensation for two unusable units of ASH65CHWFR and 10 percent discount for one ASH65CHWFR that has lower parameters than agreed. Calculation is as follows 2x2347.00 subtotal 4694.00 + 10 percent of 2347.00 subtotal 234.70 Total 4928.70. Additionally, we found a buyer for two unusable units for 900 each. So our final demand is compensation amount of 3128.70.

It seems that units have some issues that prevent them to work efficiently. Supplier provided computer interface and software for testing. We passed them testing data form their software, but for now there is no solution.
